Placed an order on the September 18th and never received my order. I put in for a refund and still have not received my money back. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to get in touch with a manager and can never seem to get through! Highly disappointed and do not recommend!
Angel was fantastic. Everytime we come to Charlie’s he gives outstanding customer service

Put 2 special sandwich requests. Made both default and they were cold and dry and the only flavor is in the sauce
