Great customer service nice and helpful
1st time trying and would for sure recommend fries were good and watermelon lemonade was delicious
I asked for a cup of water with my cheese steak and was told they do not offer any cups, because people use them to get fountain drinks. The cashier pointed at a sign hanging between the registers and proceeded to explain it in a rude way and then in what felt confrontational asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. I told her I stilled wanted the sandwich but would not return. Maybe some customer service training would help.
