Best phillys!
I was hoping for a good cheesesteak, but the service made it impossible to even order with confidence. I asked multiple times if the food was made-to-order, and the person behind the register couldn't understand or respond in English. As a customer, I expect to be able to communicate with the staff at an American place of business to know what I’m buying. Very disappointing.
