Very personable and friendly, goes out of the way to make customers feel taken care of
Workers didn't understand English so they were confused. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. There was barely anything on the sandwich, and barely any toppings on the fries.
Very kind and good service skills!
It was so mid. I wish I would’ve gone to strongsville instead because they were so disappointing. There was the most minimal amount of chicken on a Charley’s sub that I have ever had and little to no ranch. But hey they gave me expired coupons so I can use them when I never return to eat here. I also asked for pickles on the side and confirmed with the cashier TWICE… I got no pickles at all. Save your money and time and go to chopsticks across the street instead.
Consistently 5 stars! The food quality is excellent. The customer service is excellent. The restaurant is always clean. Every time I visit. Regardless of who's working. This place is the standard by which I judge other fast food restaurants.
