Food here is always HOT and FRESH! Love that it's not in a mall.
Meals were fresh. Place was super clean. The customer service was top tier.
They accidentally put meat on my sandwich (I am vegetarian) and were very kind and remade it for me. I appreciated the quickness and the kindness from both front house and the cooks!:) thank you again!
Always consistent, every time you want to order it's always the same. Best sub restaurant in Cleveland and surrounding areas. Fresh made while you wait and you can see them cooking your order. Hooked for the long haul. S must try.
