On my last visit to Charley's I ordered a cheesesteak with everything and it was perfect!
Awful!!! Ordered through uber eats, a DRY RUB and received an oily mess!!!! Won’t answer the phone and out $40!!!!! Get it together!!!!
Worst place in Ontario, nobody cares about your food or time. Skip this place, trust me
Absolute trash service and trash food, it's as if they dont have management. I ordered a dry rub wing and it came sitting in about 2 inches of yellow oil. The while box was soaked and dripping in it.... its a dry rub.....and then they wont answer the phone or rectify the issue. Couldn't be more displeased with the entire experience. Can't wait for this place to close down for good.
The food here is phenomenal & the service is great :)
