Came in today , and the atmosphere was amazing. I was immediately greeted well by this cashier named Valerie. Young individual with such politeness! Food was great. Love this place.
I love the food but customer service goes a long way for me! Wasn’t greeted upon arrival, I had a question and said “excuse me” no one answered back. Then whey my order was called, the lady said it so quick and quietly that I didn’t hear. Could’ve been a mistake on my end. But when I sat politely in front of the counter and continued to wait, unaware that my order was ready, someone approached and asked what the order was. Id hardly say its the best cheesesteak in the world. It was frozen overchopped beef of sorts ( surely not ribeye) it was tasteless the bread sucked and “ wit wiz” wasnt to be seen. I did eat once at their mall location 20 years ago or more and I definitely would have remembered a train wreck of a meal. I wish i can say better and its not the staffs fault.
