Ordered wings fries and a philly cheese steak was called wings dried and tastless fries were dry and not even warm.
We placed a mobile order trying to pick up from the Riverbend Location on broward boulevard, but it was sent to this location. Instead, we called and spoke with Makayla, who made absolutely everything as easy as possible to transfer our order to the correct place when arriving to the correct location. Everything was a mess. This location has 2 versions of staffing. I walked in today and knew I should have walked out. The yound lady at the register was pretty good, she should have been in charge/directing the 2 other younger employees who evidently have no kind of work ethic, struggle to multi-task and frankly seemed to struggle with thinking of what to do next.
