I've been to Charleys in the Gardens mall and on Hypoluxo and Congress and NEVER had a bad experience. I came to this Charleys on 10th and Congress and ordered a triple threat with no cred cheese wiz and I received only steak and onions. I went back to have it fixed and told them to add mayo. And I received a glob of mayo with unmelted cheese on top. The lady at the register was polite. But I will never come back to this Charleys.

I stood there for 10 minutes one of the girls that work there looked at me didn’t acknowledge me at all. Never coming back here which is unfortunate because it’s right next to work.
Had to stop going here cause they cancelled American cheese off the menu only at this location. It’s bizarre and annoying. Bring American cheese back!
