Ordered delivery. Paid and tipped. Missing items from our order. Driver said oh well and store said they didn’t know what to do about it. Couldn’t replace the items. Couldn’t refund money. Such a joke.
Last time I went here the cashier was sitting at a table talking on her phone and ignored me at the counter. I was a fool to try here again. Today I went through the drive thru; ordered an Italian combo and Cajun fries and they gave me a pepperoni steak, and regular fries. This sandwich is absolutely disgusting and I’m so disappointed that now I paid for something and have no dinner. Don’t go here, ever.
I’ve had a great experience at Charleys. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful. The service is usually quick, and I really enjoy the food. Overall, it’s a good place to grab a quick meal!
The service here was amazing, I’ve been going here for past few years and I always found the communication to be great and quick. The food was amazing as always & enjoyable.
Terrible service. I've been here twice and left twice after waiting over 5 minutes in the drive thru with not a single customer infront or behind me. Meanwhile the inside was also empty. Very poor service.
