So I’m writing as I’m leaving Charley’s. I love Charley’s cheesesteaks but I will not be eating at this location again until they get an employee that can actually understand English enough for basic requests. I asked the attendant at the register to not make my lemonade drink till the rest of my order was made because I had a drive back home with it for my mom and didn’t want the ice to start melting before I even got the food. The food was very good and hot. Very nice and attentive staff. The hot wings were very good. We ate some of them before we took the pic.
Good service
Food is always great here! I’m basic so I always get the Philly cheesesteak with everything! Fries were fresh and my sandwich was the right amount of everything. Considering we were served at a busy hour the food and lobby was overall a good experience. The manager took my order and served me very kindly 🫶
