If I could rate the place 0/5 i would. The girl who took my order was barely speaking above a whisper and had me leaning across the counter to hear her. When I accidentally gave her the wrong card she rudely announced “declined” (mind you this is the loudest shes spoken to me this whole time) and didnt bother to let me know drinks were given when you place your order. Not great customer service at all. As much as I love Charley’s this location at northwoods chips away at my love for the food.
