Very simple. On my chicken cheese steak, I just asked for extra mayo and black pepper. No big deal, just add it , right ? The so called worker didn't add it , after several simple requests. The other employees were useless and dumbfounded and didn't do anything either. Then the employee wasted the sandwich and made a new one and added extra salt! This place can not follow directions! Bad management!

The lady behind the register barely understands english. So my order was wrong and had to be corrected. One of the line workers handled their cell phone with gloves on and didn't get a new one on which is nasty.
It was a bug in my food don’t order from here I can show the video
Food was trash when it arrived it was cold when I went to start eating my food a dead roach was in their I was disgusted I am so disappointed that is bad service
