I come to the one at the mall and They have never failed me. My sandwiches is always good. My favorite is the ultimate fries with the steak and cheese.
Charley’s Philly Cheesesteak delivers juicy steak, melted cheese, and grilled onions in a soft roll. Generous portions, decent price. A bit greasy but perfect for a craving. Fries are average. Solid 8/10 for fast-food comfort.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! Poorly managed. Next time if you don’t want to make a delivery order the correct way before closing then don’t accept the order. $55 food order and I get the wrong drink, wrong fries and no fries on the second order. I will be more than happy to drive to a different location the next time that I want Charley’s, if i ever want it again!!
I ordered a Nashville hot sandwich and asked for the cheese and ranch on the side due to allergy reasons. The cashier was new and needed help from a coworker, which was completely fine. However, the experience went downhill from there. The first sandwich came out with cheese on it. I informed a staff member, and they said they would remake it.
