The experience wasn’t good at all. The woman at the counter was wearing a mask and had a strong accent, which made it difficult to understand what she was saying.
Went here for the first time yesterday. Tried the Old School cheese steak. The service was fast and courteous. The food came out fresh and tasted great. The only gripe was that the fries were a little too salty, but that's just my personal preference. The fries were actually some of the best I've had compared to other similar restaurants. All in all, a great experience. Atmosphere took a hit because it was in a noisy packed mall food court, but that's not really the restaurant's fault. Everything else was great. I love Charleys’ Original Philly Cheesesteak and eat it often, but this location made me ill after just a couple of bites. Something’s wrong with their food handling or ingredients. Staff were fine, but I won’t return. Avoid this spot.
