Their strawberry lemonade is a heavenly niche drink
Food was dry. The service was slow and each time I've been there, they never have ice tea or lemonade.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Charleys inside Moreno Valley Mall on 5/15/26 around 2 PM. My spouse and I ordered large Philly cheesesteak combos because this used to be one of the few places in the mall we actually enjoyed eating at. Unfortunately, the experience this time was terrible. When we received our food, both sandwiches had a very small amount of steak for the price we paid. Marie Torre was the rude employee had the worst attitude did not care to help us at all$18 for just the steak sandwich and this is what they gave us. We wont be coming here again i asked for a refund and they didn't want to do that either it was ridiculous
