Good food but hours are wrong Sundays are supposed to close at 8 but at 7 they were already closed
Very disappointed. The food was okay, but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting, bad attitude, and no respect for customers. Customer service really needs improvement. Absolutely disappointed with the horrible service at Charley's Philly Steak today. My sister just wanted a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Fries, but we had to wait in line for what felt like forever. And when we were finally next in line, the couple in front of us took forever to decide what they wanted to order, we waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes to decide. Terrible service. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. As soon as she realized I’m not from the U.S., she started talking very fast, rolled her eyes, and clearly had no patience at all. Instead of being helpful, she treated me with complete disrespect. I’m from Germany and my English is fine — there was absolutely no reason for this behavior. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth dealing with such bad service. Thanks for ruining the experience.
My son loves Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, so went to order him one. The cashier, Sandra, was very rude. As we were standing there reviewing the menu, she decided to call the next person standing behind us. It was as if we were invisible. She could have asked us if we minded someone else going Infront of us but she didn't. Her response was "you weren't ready". Felt like walking away but my son was set on having a sandwich.
