I got a small Bacon 3 Steak combo with cheese and bacon fries. Sandra was polite and answered my questions. The guys cooking did so very quickly. I was very disappointed in the sandwich. There really wasn't much steak. There was at least a decent amount of bacon on the fries. It is in the food court so cant really say much about the atmosphere.
Amazing and quick service at Burbank mall location. Friendly worker Jesus accommodating 5 stars . I will be coming back .

I don’t really write reviews, but I just wanna highlight a great experience I had today with a young lady named Jackie. She was really patient and went above and beyond for me. I’m specific and she explained everything to me with so much patience and kindness. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be returning.
