My son loves Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, so went to order him one. The cashier, Sandra, was very rude. As we were standing there reviewing the menu, she decided to call the next person standing behind us. It was as if we were invisible. She could have asked us if we minded someone else going Infront of us but she didn't. Her response was "you weren't ready". Felt like walking away but my son was set on having a sandwich. Food is delicious, but I subtracted 3 stars because a medium sandwich combo totals $20+ and they also charge 60 cents for the sauce. A bit pricey
My bf loves fries so when they accomodated our fries to be extra crispy, we were happy. The employees are so patient!!
