The employees are super rude. They don’t even acknowledge that you’re there half the time and not just from my experience but others that have told me that they do force you to use their kiosk for no reason. Even if you work at the mall, they treat you poorly. They wouldnt let me use my mall discount because they forced me to order on kiosk after I had already asked and explained politely why I didnt want to, and they literally just told me no and gave me zero reason and then proceeded to check out multiple people on their r... read more
Taste is good. Hardly anymeat or veggies on the sandwich.for $10 they could do a lot better
Horrible it used to be great but recently it has been horrible kids meal chicken looked like charcoal pieces instead of making it right the manager says that what we have and throws it in the dryer to shut me up. Then my sandwich meat portion was horrible and literally half of the bread. I went up to complain instead of making right the manager says what you want a refund or something? The cooks were the ones offering to remake it the manager was just a stock up with an RBF.
So no one here spoke English asked for customized food and when It came out wrong and I tried to talk to them about it they just said sorry I can't understand you if im being honest you're better off going to the subway next door
Great experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks. The food was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a quick but quality meal. I would absolutely come back again.
