Went at 6:30 and they said they were closed all the toppings were pit away and they were cleaning.
Went to get food and they are closed before they are supposed to be I asked to order an the guy at the front said no an I asked why he said boss said no an I asked the boss you don’t want to make money an he said no. Please chose another place if your at the mall an teach them moneys good
I ordered a plain bacon cheesesteak and fries. Emphasis on the plain. I was rushed through my order and the sandwich was fully loaded with everything on top. I asked for them to just remake a plain one and they refused and insisted on just taking the meat off the original and placing it on a new bun. I pointed out all the mayo, lettuce and tomato still all over the meat and they still refused on remaking it. I left with just my fries. I’ll give two stars because at least the fries were hot.
Staff is always so friendly and nice. The fries are amazing! 10/10 love this place
