If I could give 0 stars I would. I got handed the wrong order and before I could realize i had one of the employees publicly harassing me to pay the difference and telling me it was my fault I got the wrong order, even though it was their mistake. I was stared at the whole time I was eating and the employee tried to blame me because they handed me the wrong order. The chicken wings were stale and flavorless. 0/10 I would stay as far away as possible. This is so disappointing and unprofessional.

I first started coming to Charley’s back when I worked at the mall several years ago. They were (and are still) known for their delicious sandwiches, piping hot fries, and lemonades. I was at the mall on Christmas Eve and Charley’s looked the most appetizing, so I decided to try them again. And for the most part, the quality hasn’t changed.
