We ordered online at 10:50 am before they opened at 11. It said it would be ready for pickup at 11:05. We didn’t have our order ready until 11:20. This was fine, they just opened and the food was hot. However, after one bite my chicken was completely raw. When confronted a teenager working the counter simply said I could get it remade or something else off menu but no refund. I told him I would not accept that, I wanted my money refunded to me. This place sucks hey had a kid at the counter who didn't know hpw to clean sraying a spay bottle all over and around me while I waited this forst time he did it I said hey stop then he goes to the other by my food and dose the same thing and laughs. Then I tell the manager and she says we'll sorry I can't do anything about it yes u can u can pay for the damages. And hire people who know what there doing . Poor low quality management and experience
