Fast quality service, product was fresh and taste great, noticed managers helping in action lobby was packed with customers waiting in line to order. Would for sure recomend.
This was my first time coming to Citadel and decided to eat lunch at charelys here and i really liked the cheesteak and loved the fries they were cruncy and perfectly seasoned the service was also good i dropped my fries and they were happy to give me a replacement for free!.
I absolutely love coming to this charleys! Very professional and clean. Customer service i rate 100/10 . I love how they pay attention to how you want your food! Food is cooked perfectly! Thank you !
