Came in at lunch time and only had a 2 - 3 minute wait. This place was one of the few places with a line of people. I placed my order and the cashier was super nice! I got a Philly cheesesteak combo, fries and drink. It was amazing! They were super fast even during the lunch rush. Only took them another 3 minutes to have my food ready. Will definitely be coming back here again!
My husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak without lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. They keyed the order in wrong and added lettuce and tomato. When asked to remake it they said no and it could be picked off. Very poor attitude and customer service.
Employees are rude and have awful customer service. Definitely not worth it, take your money else where. They all need attitude adjustments.
I would leave zero stars across the board but you can't. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, girl behind register had a RUDE and NASTY attitude! Ordered the combo and didn't even get my fries.
Wings probably would have been better if they was fresh and hot.
