Overall the place is not friendly and has poor service. After waiting for a long time we were not given the food and people ordering after us were served before us. The server was super rude and was constantly ignoring me. No one at the place was answering us and responding to us. I asked for calling the manager and she was consistently rude about no one's here why are you still talking about it.
Food is trash, far from what's advertised.
Estoy muy molesta ya que ordene casi 20 dol y nunca me an cobrado por la hot sauce esta chica me pidio pagar 75cent no es el dinero si no que veo llegar este joven y miro se va directo a ella y pide comida le sirve y no paga le pregunto al planchero si trsbaja ese chico ahi me dice que no es el novio de la chica y pues eso si esta mal regalarle la orden solo por ser el boyfriend y a mi me cobra esoero lo miren los manager y tienda num 578 dentro University Park Mall en Mishawaka In no vuelvo a comer en esye restaurant
Huge Cheese Steak Fan. BUT, This Is By Far The Absolute WORST Philly I've Ever Had.. EVER ! There is no flavor. And my meat was texture that of leather. Nasty. I'll never go back.
Everytime I order ahead for pick up they make me wait in line when I arrived at my pick up time
