Celia & Hanna were very responsive and prompt on their service. I’m new to Charley’s so I really didn’t know what to order. Hanna gave me some good options. Celia cooked the sandwiches to perfection. Overall, the service was A+ STANDARD. My family and I will be back. May 1, 2026

They messed up my order did not give me my second french fry had to wait an extra three minutes and then they messed up on my sandwich and put mayonnaise. I asked for no mayonnaise. This is the second time it’s happened to me. There is no phone number to call. They were behind the counter talking the dude and the girl were flirting with each other, and it was the lady that gave me my refund. Very very frustrating. There is a skinnier lady that works there younger she always gets my orders right and I eat there a lot
was ok not my style of cheesesteak, its california style nothing philly about it , fries with cajun seasoning was really good tho better then the cheesesteak
