We’ve eaten here a handful of times this year while at the Mall. We’ve used the app to place our order and the boys go down and get the food and they ignore them and flat out tell them no whenever they ask for the online order. It’s ridiculous. The customer service is pathetic at this location.
Showed up at 12PM and worker stated they’re not open yet. Don’t understand during lunch hours.
Tried giving this place a try for support purposes since I saw it didn’t have much customers and I can clearly understand why. Food was bad and customer service was horrible. The man who seemed to be the manager had the worst attitude.
Este lugar es absolutamente no recomendable ,la persona que toma la orden con demasiada actitud te ingoran nisiquiera te toman tu orden, nisiquiera un momento o algo y la persona que cocina terrible costumer service le dices como quieres tu sandwich y solo hace caras y estaba haciendo mi sandwich, lo estaba haciendo mal y le dije solo se enojo y avento el sandwich a la basura con una actitud muy muy mala ,para obetener un refill solo me dejaron parada como si no existiera y no entiendo por que esta locacion no es ocupada el ... read more
There is a reason why this place rating is 3.5 because its horrible. Ernesto was so rude and unprofessional , would never go back to this location.
