The customer service was awesome the people were nice when taking our order and very helpful for our first time being there. We ordered the chicken cheesesteak by itself and we ordered the beef cheesesteak with fries. The chicken cheesesteak was better than the beef one in our opinion but they were both really good they had the peppers and onions and cheese on them. The fries were gross. The turkey club sandwhich was ok at best. Not worth the $24 for that combo. And their "large" drink was smaller then mcdonalds large drink, which is usually the case everywhere but still. Not worth it and wasn't that good. Not eating there again.
Enjoyed eating lunch here during shopping.
30 minutes just to ORDER another hour for cold food, stale fries, and flat drinks for $40?!? Absolutely not. Sooo disappointing
So disappointing, this used to be a favorite, today it was terrible! They served fries with cold uncooked bacon and hardly any meat on the Philly steak sandwich. Definitely not worth the $15. I won't be back for this crap.
