This is the only Charley's I go to. The staff is so kind and very good at what they do! They are quick and the food is always the same great quality ☺️
I’m genuinely surprised that this location has any reviews less than a 5. The customer service is great and it’s clean and I always feel welcomed. This is definitely one of my favorite new restaurants! I only get the wings they are cooked them perfectly! Absolutely an amazing experience!
I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! Mike, the owner, was incredibly respectful, informative, and professional from start to finish. On top of it all, he went above and beyond by offering a generous discount for me and my mother, which we greatly appreciated. He even provided us with complimentary coupons to take with us on our way out. Truthfully, I wish I could have tipped more for his hospitality, but there was only so much I could hold in my pockets. Food is usually extremely good, the restaurant can be a little dirty at times. The staff is generally friendly. The drink machine doesn’t always have ice.
