Ive been to a lot of Charley's; Gurnee, Lagrange Park, Yorktown, Niles, North Riverside, and more and have always had a good experience. This has been by far the worst experience, not only did they not put the sandwich properly in the box, it seems theyre rationing. Apart from that the employee seemed annoyed that I asked for a bag for my food (after I ordered it to go). Safe to say not getting from this Charleys again.
I visited here for the first time on a certain day in March 2026. I ordered a Small Philly Cheesesteak with an Original Fries and Regular Soft Drink and 6pcs Bonless & Mozzarella Sticks. Oh my gosh, I ordered too much. I was so full.
