I ordered the boneless wings, but they were so unpalatably salty that I felt nauseous on the very first bite. I tried to finish them so as not to waste food, but now I’m drinking tons of water and have a severe headache. Sadly.
I tried this restaurant because someone recommended it. I ordered 20 buffalo wings and a Philly cheesesteak. The staff were playing loud hip-hop music with profanity in the lyrics, and the manager acted as if he were doing me a favor by serving me. Even volunteers show a better attitude toward customer service. The cook also seemed unprofessional and was dancing around like he was at a party. Charley's fell off hard! Not what it used to be as far as quality of food is concerned. Disappointing of the change in quality definitely!
If the restaurant closes at 8pm why are the teens currently behind the counter saying they aren’t taking order at 7:40. Instead of sitting on top of the counter tops on the phones they should actually be doing work. It was 2 boys and 2 girls.
