Took way too long. The 3 ppl working didn't seem to work together efficiently as a team. Jacob didn't seem trained as the other fan member were constantly helping him. Roy would constantly ask Jacob what the next order was as if he couldn't see the screen. This is unsatisfactory. A 25MIN wait outside of the lunch rush is crazy. fix it!!!! Please

By far the worst and slowest Charlie’s I’ve visited. The location is understaffed, lacks proficient customer service, and is poorly managed. There appears to be little order, as customers who arrived after me received their food first because they were personally known by staff. Management should strongly review operations and procedures to improve efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
Started closing up 1 hour prior to close. "Put up " their cheese..... its in the name. Why would I get something without cheese? Always has excessive long waits. Stood there for 10 minutes just to get told that.
