The old school cheese steak was delicious! The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you receive.The gentlemen working were pleasant and working hard. The food court was clean and there is plenty of seating. Definitely recommend stopping in. The parking lot is big and free. If you are on base this is definitely worth checking out.
Jacob Hover the Concept Manager at the Fort Eustis Exchange paid for my meal free of charge when I didn't have any money for food. Didn't even have to ask him he just saw I only ordered a drink and went ahead and did it.
Decided to grab a wrap today but unfortunately they were out of wraps which isn’t a big deal. My issue here was the attitude and care. I didn’t feel like a customer. I felt like an inconvenience to the woman working there at the time. She didn’t bother to toast my bead which I‘ve never seem before. Additionally, she charged me $2 for a cup of barbecue sauce when all I wanted was some on my sandwich. I‘ve been to charley‘s location all over and never been charged for barbecue sauce lol.
