Service is always great as I work nearby and have visited Charley's at Ft Eustis often (preferred food court choice) in the past 2 years. Every time i have been, Charley's staff have been consistently courteous, employees are kind and the food is always served hot, fresh, and correctly… they make every effort to smile and appease the customer even when they (the customers) are rude, personally unhappy, hangry, or may have had a difficult morning prior to ordering… which seems was the case for some of the previous comments an... read more
This location KNEW the order had been placed almost FOUR HOURS ago through DoorDash and still refused to make a fresh one because “it’s not their problem”. Disgusting, rude and unprofessional. No one will answer the phone after multiple attempts to call.
Ordered a philly cheese steak and fries. Ordered loaded fries. Disgusting! Never again! Lettuce Tomato and pickles instead of mushrooms onions and peppers. Loaded fries came with bacon on top. Cheese sauce on side. Yuk!
