Fries were cold, not worth the money but I'm gonna finish them to not make it feel like a complete waste

Whenever I go to the Galleria in Middletown I always stop at Charley’s Philly Steaks for lunch!! Great food and fast service!!
I ordered bacon & cheese fries. Cheese not melted , not enough bacon and overall the fries were warm.. I also ordered a lemonade for my son. Drink was not cold even with ice. Never again will I order from here. Please put a white castle instead. Shut this place down
