HORRIBLE Customer Service from the staff came here during the weekend with friends to get food never asked if it was for here or to go just assumed we were eating in the food court we got like 4 trays filled with food we asked for to go containers and they said they didn’t have any which was a lie we seen other people with to go containers they just for some reason didn’t want to give us any when we bought the food there and we were very friendly with them
Tried it twice - both times the sandwich was trash. Bland, dry, no flavor and incredibly overpriced. Asked for extra meet and cheese, never get it
You should update your operating hours. You close at 7:30 PM, even though the website says you close at 8 PM. Disappointing!!!
I love Charleys Cheesesteaks at the Square One Mall! The best cheesesteaks fries and lemonade! I'm going back for more cheesesteaks and wings! 💜
