came in on july 6th 2026 lunch time. onion rings were super burnt, teriyaki boneless chicken was way way too salty, the food was terrible. food court was super warm and uncomfortable.
Didn't listen to what I ordered once again this visit. Total disgrace. The place is going down hill. Gave very little fries and put a crap ton of ranch after I said I wanted very little ranch. Smh. Poor service.
I ordered on line at 4:35 pm. My money was taken and I was given a time of 5:04 for delivery with a refresh bottom to track my delivery. Every time I refresh the red line goes further back to the received point. Tried calling multiple times to have it disconnect right away. What is going on here??? $21 for a meal is not a small amount of money. If I do not get my food soon and I have to go to the restaurant to get my money back I will NEVER eat here again.
This is for the Willow Grove location.Sunday 12/14/2025 I placed an order a large chicken cheese steak (which was'nt large at all ) 10 lemon pepper wings( they only seasoned 5 with fries.(and 20 bar b que chicken bites.The bill was $44.00.I called back for them to tell the delivery guy I would give them the tip once they arrived.
