Food was amazing but man the service was not great. Started off walking in extremely excited to dig in to a cheesesteak, very quickly realized it would be up to 1 hour to get it. Felt almost like I’m in Hell’s Kitchen getting a 5 star gourmet steak cooked back there, but when the food came out quickly realized that that was not what was going on. Extremely disappointed in a staple restaurant around the us.
I've bought it several times but the taste is always different. This is the last time I bought Philly Chicken and it was very bland. It seems like they forgot to put sauce on it.
