I went there and the guy acted like he would rather be anywhere else then at work. How do these people even get jobs? Then I asked for No Tomatoes and he put Tomatoes on my sandwich. Then realized what he did and instead of asking if I wanted another one made, he just took them off the sandwich and gave me the sandwich. I could have had an allergy and not been aware that there was at some point Tomatoes on my sandwich. That's dangerous!!!!!!
I am very disappointed today, I ve been their regular customer and I used to take advantage of the promos deals they offer such as spend $20 get $5 off or buy 1 get 1 free, and today I wanted to order and I noticed that I don't have any promos, so I asked my friend and he checked from his account and it turned out he has the deals, but I don't have any deals, I don't know whether they blocked me on deals or something else but this is not fair and this is not how to treat your regular customer. I am very disappointed...
I have a shop here at the mall also and come multiply times a week some times it’s good others not so good but always limited in time for lunch today I came and literally gave me crust balled up with buffalo sauce and I gave it back and made them remake . Ownership do better at making sure employees serve acceptable food!
