Went to the restaurant in Hilliard Rome Columbus OH, store#02730 and ordered a small chicken cheesesteak with on cheese and onions on it. When I got the sandwich it did not have hardly any chicken on it. It was mainly bread and cheese with very little chick on it. The type of chicken used was not chicken chunked or cut up but rather chicken meat that you use to make a sandwich. Went and got my phone sat and ate 30 mins later I had to run to the bathroom it was coming out both ends this place is terrible
The service was terrible! The people working behind the counter totally ignored me. So I had to put my order in at the kiosk. When preparing my order, the guy wiped his forehead then had the audacity to continue preparing my order without washing his hands or even changing his gloves! When I pointed that out to him, he acted like he didn’t understand. So I cancelled my order. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
