Terrible service. One of our Philly Sandwichs was completely missing meat on one side. Brought it to their attention and they argued that thats how its supposed to be. Refused to remake the sandwich and then thru our refund on the counter at us. It was WILD. I understand ppl have bad days but this was not acceptable on any level. Shame because I truly like their sandwiches but that's the last time I will be ordering from their business. $17 for a meal and the sandwich was missing half the meet🤦♀️🤦♀️
I got my 18$ sandwich and noticed there was literally no meat on half the sandwich l asked for them to fix it and manager shouts just refund it. I told them I just wanted the food and was refused instead. Will not be eating here again
Everytime I order fries with cheese they always ALWAYS forget the cheese. The sandwiches tastes like pure salt not like the ordered flavors. Terrible service and quality
Let’s start by saying it your looking for a place to eat that is sanitary DO NOT GO HERE! The staffed acted as if I was completely out of my mind for asking for my food to be covered up, I understand that dining in they may not always be accustomed to covering up food, but Covid is still an issue just because it’s not a big issue as before Covid procedures still need to be followed dealing with food.
