I decided to try a Teryaki sandwich from Charley's today. The service was fast and friendly. The sandwich was just ok. For the price it wasn't very satisfying. Not recommended.
Not as good as it was few years back. Seems like it’s not cooked well and they don’t pay attention to details like no onions or certain things.
Ordered today, I asked for plain cheesesteak no lettuce or tomatoes, the lady ripped the part of the bread off with the lettuce and tomatoes tried to replace it with another piece of bread rather than making a new sandwich. She did not care to ask if there was a food allergy, and immediately caught an attitude. She then stacked open containers with fries on top of one another not adhering to sanitary procedures. The entire Charley’s is dirty in the Aurora mall. The health department should be notified
Their California Chicken is the best thing they sell hands down.
