Came here on the night of 2/2. Two young men closed the store an hour before they actually were supposed to. Would not even acknowledge me when I stood there. They were very rude and unprofessional.
Every time I go to this location, there always seems to be something. One time I got my food, but had to wait 15 extra minutes until I was able to flag someone to get my drink. Employees are always rude and I've even seen/heard them argue with customers. This time I had ordered ranch for the cheese sticks and I got bleu cheese that smells terrible, is separated, and almost looks like it should have been Italian dressing for how discolored it was. Have gone to Phillys countless through the mobile app to skip the line and questionable service. However, everytime I order they always mess up my order somehow. Usually, it is adding tomatoes when I asked for them to be removed (annoying but I just pick them off), but now it has become removing Mayo randomly when that was not asked for in the order or keeping mushrooms in when asked to be removed. Food quality is very poor, the sandwiches looks and tastes nasty. They even refused to take the company officials coupon and the staff were rude.
