I wish I could give zero stars. We placed a $40 order for our family and couldn't hear the number called out in the loud mall food court. After whispering our number twice, the employee immediately gave our food to a friend of theirs who was sitting nearby. When we confronted the staff, they had to remake our entire order. Absolutely terrible
The atmosphere of this mall food court might not be everyone's taste, but the food was good - the queue on a Saturday proves that Charleys is one of the more popular places at that food court. When trying the ordering machine it was out of paper and couldn't print a receipt; staff were attentive though and printed a receipt, with the order number. The wait was under ten minutes during that busy time. The special jalapeño bacon steak was tasty, the bread was a bit small so that the meat fell out, bit messy to eat as a result.
Should be able to give 0 Stars. The jerks wont even wait on you. Then they fill orders whenever they want. 3 people behind me got their food long before I did. And I just got a plain sandwich. So terrible the taste and service. Never met a nice employee yet either.
