Chicken Philly was burned. Steak taste funny (hoping we don’t get sick) place is extremely dirty. We did not want to get a napkin from the dispenser. No lemonade or ice tea. Lemonade container very dirty. Very disappointing.
The cook said if I wanted to make an order I could use the kiosk which is understandable. However, the kiosk was nasty filled with fingerprints or whatever from other users. They had at least 5-6 guys back there. At least 1 of them should be keeping the outside counter where the customers come to get serviced cleaned. Clean the kiosk from time to time and wipe the counters and clean up all the trash that was around the counter. Made the mistake of getting the old school cheese steak. telling people they are closed at 5pm on sunday july 5th , pregnant and wanted a sandwich really bad and not to mention the attitude from the girls working because they closed early and I shouldn’t be coming to a restaurant to eat lol
visited Charley's Philly Steaks, and while the food looked appealing, the experience left something to be desired. The girl working behind the counter had an unfortunate attitude. When I asked questions about the menu options shown, she didn't provide direct or helpful answers, which was frustrating during the ordering process depicted .
