Extremely disappointed with the customer service here—or complete lack thereof. This was my second time giving this location a chance, and it was just as bad as the first. I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the staff. When they finally bothered to interact, employees were sloppy, mumbling, and visibly distracted by personal cell phones while working. Had food delivered and none of my food was right nor my drinks and when I tried to call them the phone number keeps saying call cannot be completed very unprofessional will not order from here again
They took a great Cheesesteak and ruin it by putting mayo, lettuce and tomato on it. Menu doesn't say anything about those things being on every sandwich.
Service sucked food is so bland for the price this is horrible please dont eat or waste money here it needs to be replaced someone is gonna get sick
This is the worst location ever the last 5 times I ordered I did not receive my lemonade even after calling to make sure they didn’t forget per usual. They just can’t get their job right. Now I order my meal and the fries are non existent in so sick and tired of their service I don’t know why I ordered again they SUCK!
