I love charleys, i truly do, this charleys in perticular im there atleast 2-3 times A WEEK. which i feel makes me a lil qualified for a review. Overall the customer service is friendly , the three younger guys that usually work on the line or register are PEAK customer service and i love them, any of the women there though…need a SERIOUS attitude check and should take a customer service class. What a rip off. Way to pricey for fast food
Placed an order, went smooth. However after I received my food I realized I was charged for more then I asked. I ordered a small sandwich, the lady even repeated it back to me. However charged me for a regular sized sandwich. Also every table was dirty which was disgusting. I don't think the employees cared much that day.
