This place hasn’t been good for years. Unfortunately I gave in and tried it again hoping it has improved but nope. I got the Philly cheesesteak. It barely had any meat nor flavor. While waiting for my food, the worker just simply set the food at the pick up area. She didn’t say anything at all. I had to ask whose order it was in case it was another customer’s who just stepped out of line for a minute. Go to Cheesesteak rebellion if you want a cheesesteak. It’s right around the same price and taste much better.
i went into charley’s around 7:30ish and i ordered a chicken california. i didn’t get home till after 8 but once i opened my food i realized i got the complete wrong order. i got some wings instead of my sandwich. since the store was closed, i didn’t really know what to do. i called and was in the middle of leaving a voicemail, when a worker picked up and was expressing how sorry she was, since she was the one who handed me my order. she went above and beyond and let me come pick up my sandwich although the store was already... read more
I ordered food from Charley’s this morning the cashier was very friendly and the young lady cleaning is always a good sign food was great and the service was so nice and friendly go get a steak and to Corey you were awesome thank you for the food and great service.
I found a roach in my food and when I brung it to they attention (Gilberto S)gave me a bad attitude and bad customer service.I strongly wouldn’t recommend this location.Told him I was going to write a review and he stated he don’t care.Run guys don’t get sick and save your money they also give out small portions of over greasy food.Safety First 😡
It wasn't until after I order that I realized the person making the food was not wearing a hair net or gloves. The sandwiches were dry and the woman at the register, wearing sweatpants was not very friendly. It used to be really good here!
