I'm a big fan of Charley's in general and this location doesn't disappoint. One of my favorites to go to when I go to the mall.
11 something for a small sub with fries and a small drink. It's pricey, but the chicken is great tasting. The fries were hot and crispy. The people were friendly, and the food was made quick.
Food is bland and very over-priced. The workers don't understand English so if there is any issue, good luck having it resolved. Don't waste your money here, go to any other vendor in the food court.
Went to Charley's today and ordered a Bacon 3 Cheese sub with a side order of cheese fries. When the people behind me go their order before me I asked why they made their order before mine. They said they were waiting on fries. I said, okay and waited. After 20 minutes I asked if the fryer was broken. I got served my food 25 minutes after ordering only to find out they rung me up for the wrong order. So the food is good but the service is horrible. I asked the cashier if I could get a large california with lettuce and ranch on half and just ranch on the other half, she just shook her head no and said nothing. So I tell her do ranch and lettuce on all of it then. They gave me the sandwich with half lettuce and ranch and the other half with lettuce ranch pickle and tomato which is not what I ordered and she lied and told me they couldn't do seperate toppings.
