Pedí el philly cheese steak y me la dieron sin tomate y sin champiñones ni queso fui y reclamé y me dijeron que no había tomate y que champiñones si le pusieron y no encontré ni uno porque no dicen que no hay para pedir en otro lado!! No comí agusto.

Tasted bland and ironically had a big piece of Styrofoam in my sandwich. After reading the other reviews I wish I had never tried this place

PLEASE BEWARE OF ROACHES! After a good shopping experience we decided to grab a bite to go, as we are driving down the freeway we notice a little critter sitting in the player waiting for a bite to eat! We then call the store to make them aware where we were initially told that no refund would be available… That we could come in and exchange however, after contacting the manager, he proceeds to tell us if we sent him picture proof that he would be able to refund us. I saw the video on the lady who had a terrible experience at this location. She found a roach in her food, and when she brought it to the staff’s attention, they refused to issue a refund or take the situation seriously. That’s absolutely unacceptable and raises major concerns about cleanliness and food safety. No customer should ever have to go through something like that, and it isn’t very pleasant that the restaurant didn’t handle it with professionalism or care. I truly hope management addresses this issue immediately.
