If anyone in management that bothers reading reviews in Charley's take one thing away from this very long review, the service/timing completely fails this Charley's. I ordered here really frequently in person, then switched to online pickup for convenience. They have only ever had my order ready TWICE when I walk up. I even place my order up to 15 minutes before I go on break to give them time because I am aware it doesn't take 30 seconds to make a philly like any other fast food. Wanted to try a cheese steak for the first time. Didn't live up to the hype IMO. 2 start rating because the cashier kept 82¢. It's pretty expensive to begin with, you don't have to keep my change. Won't give another shot over it.
I ordered thru uber eats and the food was very good with a decent price, i cant wait to eat here again 🤗
