I ordered to go. They didnt ask me if I needed a bag when I was paying for my food. They called my number and I asked if I could get a bag. They said 20 cents. LIKE ARE THE EMPLOYEES THINKING WITH A BRAIN? Bros never asked if I needed a bag and at the end they ask for 20 cents? I get its a state policy but at least ask at checkout? and if not and if its their fault for not checking, then just provide it? Your employees need proper training to help people out bc this aint making sense
