Charley’s Philly Steaks at the mall was horrible. Just close now and save yourselves the embarrassment. I understand mall rent is probably high, but that doesn’t excuse the tiny portions. It’s definitely not worth the price. And the flavor? None. Absolutely no flavor at all. Do yourselves a flavor and close.
Came in on 12/16/2025, Tuesday, 8:08p.m. older woman mopping the floor clearly sees me standing there and says nothing just continues mopping. I told her, that she clearly seen me and could have greeted me and said someone will be with you shortly. She looked at me with this confused look like she didn't know what the hec I was talking about. She didn't apologize, just commenced to looking simple in the face. Bad customer service I hope she gets it together and the dumb look on her face.....
