Made my family sick with food poisoning
The person that was handling the fries had to clean up a spilled drink by his station. You would think with the vinyl gloves he had on he would replace them when he handled the mop. He didn’t replace them. We kindly asked for bag of chips instead of fries as we don’t want contaminated fries.
Charleys Northlake well they're in a food court, so sometimes customer services is 100% great, but they are dealing with alot of different personalities so I always show the workers grace because you never know what their dealing with. Let's talk food the buffalo chicken cheesesteak 10 out of 10 & today i tried a new drink the peach lemonade bussin! I love that they use fresh fruit in their lemonade.
