Ordered veggie sub with ONLY veggies and they put cheese on the sub The manager gave me a bunch of sass for the error and was completely rude for no reason
Rude, Unorganized, 20 dollar combos come with 23 fries; yes I counted them. Not worth the price for the Quality, Quantity or Satisfaction of Customer service you will expect being that it's in the mall.
Do not patronize this restaurant. Sadly, I observed a young kid no more than 14 yrs old accidentally drop his strawberry (I think) drink right in front of the counter and cash register staff. This kid was so embarrassed he just walked away without any of the workers taking the opportunity to show empathy or kindness for an accident. I ordered online for pickup as I seen they have the hot lemon pepper wings. Online they have options for classic wings but was surprised when I received boneless. When I went to the counter the cashier had an attitude and said “that’s all we have”. It would’ve been fine if I didn’t pay the $5 markup for the classic wings. Did not offer to accommodate or rectify anything although that’s fraudulent practices. Do not order ahead online. And idk how they tasted as I hate boneless chicken and just threw them away.
