Employee was incredibly rude, mumbled and slammed my bag into my hand even after I tipped. Still got the order wrong, worst restaurant in the mall.
Staff were extremely rude. Fries had no flavor. Bread was smashed up. Smiles and niceness go a long way in the service industry.
Very slow, mixing up orders, food was getting cold waiting to go out. Employees were confused about onscreen orders. Long line.
waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to turn around and say their not serving anyone else even though it’s 4:30. their all tweaked out of their mind , need to find new employees.
