Ordered before hand and I still had to wait after the others that got here before me. Very disappointed with the organization they have in place.
Food was OK. A Lil on the too salty n greasy side.
What can I say it's Charleys it's a tad expensive but oh man the food is good and nice portions. Never an issue on my order and it's hot and fresh. The staff are always friendly and talkative.
The employees need to focus a little more on customer service as there have been many times where you will be standing around waiting for someone to randomly pop out to take your order.
The was great nicely prepared. The service was not so great I did not feel welcomed and when asked about the menu really did not get a good response had to figure it out on my own. Overall I give 4 stars.
