Tried Philly cheesesteak and there was nothing to special about it.
Food is always fresh and on point. Customer service is really good. I didn’t ask for his name but he has some cool tattoos and short hair. Very good customer service. Place is changing for the better.
We just wanted to purchase a fountain drink and should've asked for a refund or something. It was a waste of money firstly no ice when i went to ask about it the man scooped me a little ice, but not enough to make my drink cold because for some reason the machine was dispensing really warm soda which was gross and on top of that the soda was flat. I bought a philly cheese steak sandwich and was shocked what a little amount of meat there was and looked nothing like the advertising. Also I ordered a diet soda and was told they were out of soda, machine was broken and they gave me a bottled water. The fries were good but I won't eat there again.
Worst Charley’s sandwich does not taste same burnt weird tasting fries taste like petroleum, horrible service on top. Bought a large Philly cheesesteak and an everyday special meal as soon as my sister paid I asked if I can redeem the coupon for a free lemonade with purchase of $1. The dark haired Hispanic girl at the counter who identified herself as a manager first said no you already paid I said ok can you refund and recharge then she said no you have to buy a meal and my purchase was not a meal.
