I ordered food, felt super dizzy and asked for a cup for water. She was rude and said “we don’t have water cups”…I let her know I was just super dizzy and she said once again sorry no water cups. God forbid she give me a cup I can use for water. Not once did she even offer that I pay for a drink.
Takes forever to get food
Tried Philly cheesesteak and there was nothing to special about it.
Food is always fresh and on point. Customer service is really good. I didn’t ask for his name but he has some cool tattoos and short hair. Very good customer service. Place is changing for the better.
We just wanted to purchase a fountain drink and should've asked for a refund or something. It was a waste of money firstly no ice when i went to ask about it the man scooped me a little ice, but not enough to make my drink cold because for some reason the machine was dispensing really warm soda which was gross and on top of that the soda was flat. I was disappointed I feel like we should've been warned about it before wasting money I would've spent money elsewhere. The employees were not communicative or helpful at all :( I ... read more
