Employees have always been friendly to me, The quality of the food isn't bad either although expensive
This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Charley’s and truthfully, they need customers service training. They give you attitude as if you did something wrong to them. Two separate males there got issues with customers I feel like they shouldn’t be the face of the fast food restaurant. You need someone who is happy to be there & happy to work! You got other people who could fill in your spot and will do a better job for sure.
The cheesesteaks are pretty good.
The rep helped me out way before opening time. The food was also very delicious
