The food was good but to have a number one cheese steak in the world sign is a little much , I’ve had better cheese steaks at subway , but all in all it’s good , worth the money but isn’t all that

I stopped by this Charley Cheesesteaks inside the Valencia mall at the food court yesterday to get a soda. The other places in the food court had long lines but Charley had no line so I came here. I asked for a regular size soda with lite ice and the lady working the cashier fulfilled my order to exaxtly how I asked for it. She put light ice on the rice and the price for the regular size cup is reasonable. My soda was delicious and I drank it at the food court. I don't believe they give refill here unless you pay for it.

Horrible service from the “general manager,” Daniel. He seemed completely uninterested in being there and had an attitude from the start (he made us get the receipt ourselves instead of handing it to us). He forgot our drink and ranch and when we asked for them, he acted like it was a major inconvenience. If we hadn’t already paid I would have walked out. When I told him he needed to do better, he claimed he was “doing pretty good.” I’ve never encountered a general manager with that much attitude.
