$12 for a steak sandwich that had more lettuce and tomatoes than meat. A thin slice of "steak" thrown on the grill you can practically see through. Super disappointing. This place used to be decent, not great but, a place for mall employees to get something when the weather is bad.
Nasty food. We threw it away and did not eat it.
Absolutely never coming back. I found hair in my cheese fries, and to top it off as I was eating my sandwich I bit into a rock or something hard which I could not find but now my tooth has been almost knocked out my mouth and is about to fall out. Thank you so very much.
Was told not to try Charley’s from a friend who had a bad experience but I decided to see for myself and now I know better, had a hair in my first bite of cheesy fries, the employee who made hadn’t had her hairs covered so I guess I know where it came from. Staff was friendly tho but I guess they aren’t told to have hair caps. Also no employee discount. Won’t be going back.
The food is delicious. I really,really love the chicken cheese steak and their lemonade.
