Stopped by Charley’s Cheesesteaks recently and overall, the experience was just okay. The food was mid—nothing special—and the service was about the same. What really stood out were the hygiene concerns I witnessed. One staff member was using the same blade to cut wraps and sandwiches without cleaning it between items.
